Meet Our Team 

    Dr. Randall Borri, DVM

    Dr. Randy Borri graduated in 1970 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In 1972, Dr. Borri founded Bristol Veterinary Service along with Co-founder Dr. Fred Culbert, now retired. Dr. Borri’s commitment to his profession has made Bristol Veterinary Service a familiar name in the Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois equine community.

    Dr. Borri has spent the last 30+ years committed to the Equine industry. He excels in equine lameness, sport medicine, and reproduction. He attends continuing educational seminars yearly to be able to provide the latest in technique and technology.

    He has been the past president of the Wisconsin Equine Practitioner Association (WEPA) and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Association of Equine Practitioner (AAEP) and the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA). He is the on call veterinarian for the Wisconsin State Fair.

    Together with his wife, Janice, they enjoy leisure days with their grandchildren. During his free time, Dr. Borri can also be found restoring old tractors.

    Dr. Heidi Jahnke, DVM

    Heidi Jahnke, DVM is a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Jahnke came to us from northern Wisconsin in 2019 with many years of equine clinical experience.

    Dr. Jahnke has spent most of her life involved with horses. She was a member of the United States Pony Club as a kid, and also showed in eventing and dressage. She currently owns, rides, and trains 3 dressage horses. Professionally her interests include performance horses, reproduction, dentistry, and ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) and American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

    When not practicing veterinary medicine or riding her horses, she and her husband enjoy hiking and travel.

    Dr. Tamara Baranczyk, DVM, CVSMT, FCoAC

    Dr. Baranczyk grew up just outside of Green Bay and is a true Wisconsinite at heart; she loves cheese and the Green Bay Packers! She has had a passion for horses all of her life and grew up riding her neighbor’s horses until she was fortunate enough to get her own in high school.

    She graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018, following which she completed a year-long internship at Wisconsin Equine Clinic and Hospital encompassing medicine, surgery, reproduction, and field service. In the spring of 2024, Dr. Baranczyk successfully completed the most rigorous program in the country offered by the Healing Oasis Wellness Center in Sturtevant, Wisconsin to become certified in veterinary spinal manipulative therapy. She also successfully completed the competency exam offered by the College of Animal Chiropractic to become a fellow of the CoAC.

    Dr. Baranczyk loves every aspect of equine veterinary medicine but has a special passion for wellness/preventive medicine, dentistry, emergency care, sports medicine, and complementary therapies including VSMT.
    Outside of work she enjoys reading, sewing, and crocheting as well as everything outdoors including hiking, biking, wheeling, skiing and spending time with her two dogs, Toby and Dixie and her cat, Nova.

    Dr. Tina Harasha, DVM

    Dr. Tina Harasha is originally from Waukesha where she grew up riding and showing her horses in 4-H. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She then completed a one-year rotating internship at Southern Equine Service in Aiken, South Carolina. During her internship she rotated through hospitalized cases, outpatient appointments and ambulatory medicine. 
    Dr. Tina then returned to Wisconsin and practiced for 2 years in the Madison area. After welcoming her first child she wanted to move closer to family and joined Bristol Veterinary Service. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, dentistry, and preventative medicine.
    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their many animals. She also enjoys downhill skiing and wakeboarding. 

    Dr. Megan Curran, DVM

    They say most veterinary dreams start long before training. This is most certainly true for Dr. Megan Curran. Megan grew up in Salem, WI, where she participated in 4H, showing cattle, pigs, and turkeys at the local fairs. She worked as a veterinarian technician starting at age 16.

    Dr. Curran graduated from Ross University in 2020 after completing her clinical year at the University of Missouri.
    Dr. Curran pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian – working hard at school. She had amazing opportunities throughout her endeavors. She spent time doing research projects during her undergraduate studies, which included hepatology in Costa Rica, coral restoration in Bali, Indonesia, and sea turtle monitoring in St. Kitts.

    Dr. Curran is the main veterinarian for the Racine Zoo. She is Fear Free Certified and has extensive experience in Artificial insemination. Dr. Curran has experience with many exotic animals and livestock including: cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, emus, most reptiles, chickens/ducks, hawks, and much, much more. Dr. Curran is also licensed for rehabilitation of wildlife and cares for raccoons, opossums, squirrels, deer, and foxes.

    Dr. Curran has the same love for your animal as she does her own and looks forward to working together with you to keep your animal happy and healthy for many years to come.
    A fun fact about Dr. Megan Curran is she has become an avid scuba diver that has dove in over 4 countries and has performed research studies under water.

    Arden has always loved being around animals since she was a child. After spending time on her Uncle’s farm, she spent many years raising sheep, chickens and rabbits to show at the Kenosha Fair. Arden’s hobbies include spending time with her dog Sage, and snowmobiling with her family in the winter.

    Mimi has had a passion for helping all animals since she was a child. She has a Bachelors in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Sciences from the University of Missouri. Mimi’s hobbies include working “Dotty” (border collie) herding sheep and riding her horses with friends in Missouri.

    A fun fact about Mimi is she has a pet fox named Burt Reynolds.

    Danielle’s love for animals started with horses growing up on her grandpa’s farm. She helped raise, train, and ride many horses growing up. Danielle was a stay at home mom for her three children for 10 years before beginning working in vet med. Danielle has two dogs, four cats, a bird and several reptiles. She loves telling her children all the fun animals she gets to see at work.

    Hailey started with a love for dogs at a young age. She began working at her moms dog grooming shop at the age of 13. At the age of 18 she began to work at her first vet clinic while finishing a bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. It was then that she discovered her true passion of working in vet med. Hailey has a goal of becoming a certified veterinary technician and loves learning about and handling all animals!

    A fun fact about Hailey is she has 3 physically disabled cats and a third degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.

    Emily grew up with a strong love of animals great and small. She participated in 4-H for many years, showing both horses and pigs. Emily graduated with a BA in Biology from Iowa State in 2021, and throughout her college years spent time as a field technician researching both rattlesnakes and geckos.

    A fun fact about Emily is that she spent 6 months living on the island of Maui performing invasive species work.
